We’re gearing up for the holiday euphoria and what better way to get into the mood than with our guest DJ Eey manning the decks at Cocoon Pattaya this#Friday, 13th of April.
Creativity takes courage, and for Eey, his leap of faith into the world of electronic music began in 2012. While schooling in London, he discovered the world of underground techno one fateful night, beginning a life-long obsession.
By next semester while studying in Switzerland, he emerged as a DJ performing at clubs and house parties. The past six years have been committed to growing himself as an artist, as well as the genre at home in Thailand.
Eey’s sets reflect his love for Beach House, blending it with his passion for Praya Tech like artists Sabo or Be Svendsen and finding the harmony between bouncy Tech House and melodic Beach House.
When he isn’t behind the decks, he is the Owner/Operator of the production team Deep Dark Duck, one of Thailand’s highest quality techno productions and dance party outfits.
Throwing both large-scale and private events all over Thailand — from Bangkok to Pattaya, to the beaches of the South, Eey has proven his event-organizing skills run parallel to his musical prowess. Deep Dark Duck has manifested into a warm community of techno lovers, supported by life-long friendships and talented local artists as well as the maestro himself, Eey.
