The Thailand Club scene continues to improve with new clubs and always great DJ’s. One big DJ announcement was just made this past week with Steve Aoki coming to Seduction Nightclub in Phuket. Steve Aoki, is a very popular DJ whose trademark (of sorts) is throwing cakes into the audience, which people love and go crazy for.
If you are a late night clubber in Bangkok, you should know about Mustache if you have not heard of it already. Mustache Bangkok is located at: 544/5 Ratchadaphisek 7 Din Daeng Bangkok 10400. Mustache Bangkok is touted as “Bangkok’s Home for Underground Techno & House Music. Always Open from Midnight till Sunrise” and features some of the best DJs from the Bangkok club scene.

Wonderfruit Festival Pattaya 2016 has just announced dates for this year’s event. Wonderfruit 2016 is returning to the fields at Siam Country Club, Pattaya on 15-18 December 2016.
Happening much sooner than Wonderfruit in December is the Road to Ultra: Thailand. The date was recently announced and the location is the same as last year. Road to Ultra Thailand 2016 will take place at BITEC Bang Na and will occur on 11 June 2016. No artists have been announced at the time of publishing this column, but they are sure to be “Ultra worthy”.
Songkran is fast approaching. For those that don’t know, Songkran is the Thailand New Year’s celebration in mid-April. During the Songkran celebrations, people take to the streets for massive water gun fights over a period of designated days which can vary based on location. If this year’s Songkran was like last years, there will be many Songkran themed events in the clubs and also a few music festivals such as the S2O Festival.
