Since first being exposed to psychedelic trance music and culture in 2009 I fell head over heals in love with both. I believe that the psychedelic trance journey at it’s roots is one of the most liberating and freeing experiences one can have. Be it progressive day-time to Full-on night time to Darkpsy etc, etc, etc and all the myriad of genres in between. The journey it takes you within your own consciousness and who you are after experiencing this journey of sound and self is what made me fall in love. Hence the name, Metasonic(meta – after / sonic – sound) is a tribute to that place in all of us that we reach after being taken on a psychedelic sound journey. He was born in Madrid where he spent many years as a resident DJ in the area’s nightclubs. He started his career in 1994. Being champion of several dj competitions in Madrid and Toledo in 2000. In the same year he got a 5th place in the championship of Spain. His most outstanding residences have been: Locomotion @ Space Ibiza (Awarded for several years as the best nightclub in the world), Nikky Beach Argentina, Sala Constitucion Chile and The Room Mexico. Presenting in a multitude of theaters in Spain, France, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the USA.
